Email address, declared phone model, plan purchased, Stripe payment ID and eSIM profile ID (ICCID). esimtaxi stores no card data: Stripe processes it.

Stripe (payment), our eSIM profile supplier (profile issuance — your email is not passed on), our email provider, our host.

Retention

For the duration of the relationship, then 10 years for accounting records.
