What is an eSIM?
A SIM built into your phone. Instead of inserting a chip, you download a profile by scanning a QR code. It lives alongside your usual SIM.
When will I get my eSIM?
In most cases, seconds after payment: the QR code shows on screen and arrives by email.
Do I get a local phone number?
No. Our eSIMs are data plans. You can call and message via WhatsApp, FaceTime, Telegram and so on.
Can I install the eSIM on two phones?
No. An eSIM profile installs once, on one device. Don't delete it after installing.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, as long as the profile hasn't been installed. Once it's on a phone it can't be resold, so it can't be refunded. That's why we check compatibility before payment.
My eSIM won't connect when I land.
Check the eSIM line is on, selected for mobile data, and that data roaming is allowed on that line. Restart the phone. Still stuck? Write to us with your order link.
