Terms of sale

Purpose

esimtaxi sells prepaid mobile data plans, delivered as an eSIM profile (QR code or install link). Plans include no local phone number, calls or texts unless stated.

Seller

Compatibility

Before paying, the customer declares an eSIM-compatible phone not locked to a carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to check this (dial *#06#: an EID number must appear). A profile installed on an incompatible or locked phone cannot be refunded.

Price and payment

Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code. Payment is taken by Stripe when ordering.

Delivery

The eSIM profile is delivered electronically, usually seconds after payment, on the order page and by email. By placing the order the customer expressly requests immediate delivery.

Withdrawal and refunds

The customer can get a full refund as long as the eSIM profile has not been installed on a device. Once installed, performance has begun with the customer's express consent and the digital content cannot be returned: no refund is then possible (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28).

If we cannot issue the plan, the order is refunded automatically and in full.

Validity and coverage

Validity, data allowance and countries covered are those shown on the plan page at the time of purchase. Network quality depends on local carriers.

Complaints and mediation

Complaints go to support@esimtaxi.com. Failing an amicable solution, and in accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator the seller belongs to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
